In a move that could make blockchain technology more accessible to everyday businesses, Space and Time Labs has announced a new partnership with Microsoft. The collaboration will bring verified blockchain data from popular networks like Bitcoin, Ethereum, and Sui directly into Microsoft’s business tools.
The partnership integrates Space and Time’s blockchain data services with Microsoft Fabric, a platform that helps businesses manage and analyze their information. This means companies using Microsoft’s cloud services can now easily access and use blockchain data without needing specialized technical knowledge.
“We’re thrilled to expand our collaboration with Microsoft,” said Nate Holiday, CEO of Space and Time Labs. “This integration enables many new data-driven use cases across financial services, Web3 apps, and AI to be built on Microsoft technology.”
Until now, working with blockchain data has often required specialized skills and tools. This integration makes blockchain information available through familiar Microsoft products that many businesses already use.

The data is also verified using advanced technology called zero-knowledge proofs, which ensures the information is accurate and hasn’t been tampered with.
Microsoft’s interest in blockchain
This isn’t Microsoft’s first investment in blockchain technology. The company’s venture capital fund, M12, has backed Space and Time Labs with significant funding, including participation in a $20 million investment round in August 2024.
“This integration underscores our commitment to providing tools that enhance productivity and drive innovation at a global scale,” said Sruly Taber, Principal Product Manager at Microsoft Fabric.
The partnership could open doors for more businesses to experiment with blockchain applications without needing to build specialized infrastructure. Companies can now analyze trends across multiple blockchain networks and potentially integrate this data with their existing business operations. For developers, this means easier access to reliable blockchain data that can be used to build new applications or enhance existing ones, all within Microsoft’s familiar ecosystem.
