Ingram Micro Commerce & Lifecycle Services , a leading provider of global supply chain management and e-commerce logistics solutions, has announced the launch of a new special service for Samsung in Borås , Sweden.
Under the agreement, Ingram Micro will manage Samsung’s mobile device refurbishment program and receive used devices from Samsung customers who in return will receive credit towards a new device. The renewal program includes four collection centers operating in four different languages and has been rolled out in less than two months.

Ingram Micro’s logistics warehouse network includes more than 120 facilities around the world. The service for Samsung is the first mobile device renewal program served by Ingram Micro in the Nordic countries. In addition to collecting used devices, Ingram Micro offers device repair capabilities and refurbishment services that prepare products for resale in secondary markets.
