The partners will work together to quantify the environmental costs of consumer decisions to help individuals, businesses and governments align their efforts to combat climate change. The deal will initially focus on coal, water and plastics.
Doconomy and Parley for the Oceans will offer products and technologies from the portfolio of the first company designed to meet the demands of a new generation of consumers motivated by commitment to the environment. The company will develop an index that measures carbon, water and plastic footprints and illustrates the connection between products and plastic pollution of the marine environment.
