The three experts who have starred in the new day of the free digital training program ” Fast Forward Sessions ” have recommended SMEs and freelancers to automate tasks in their professional activity to save time and resources, improve the efficiency of work processes, and increase sales and customers.
The new online training session that is now available on the Fast Forward Sessions portal , has begun with the intervention of Rafael Llanes (CEO & Founder Skyview Spain ) with his paper “Opportunities of automation in day-to-day tasks for SMEs and Self-Employed”, in which he has shown a simple method to find the appropriate automation tools (list of needs, priorities, time and resources -technical and human- that will be used, and execution time).
Next, from Alejandro García (CRM & Digital Strategist at Maxxium Spain ), has explained the operation of some “Simple automation tools that help you to be more productive”, giving as an example the IFTTT platforms (which allows free programming of reminders of domestic or professional tasks such as appointments or registration of working hours, or group in Excel the calls, emails or RRSS messages that are received), ZAPIER (focused on applications for companies, in free or paid version, to automate different responses depending on the different types of messages, clients or users), and INTEGROMAT (free platform that covers personal and professional needs and that has developed an APP for IOS/Android that allows it to be run from the mobile).
Finally, the Inbound Marketing expert, Daniel González Laguna, has shown “How email marketing automation can help you to communicate with your customers”, and has shown that only with a correct segmentation of the sending of emails, it is possible to achieve increase more than 64% the clicks and more than 14% the opening of the mails.
